PRICES SWEDEN

All prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT (currently 12% on food). Prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices listed in the e-store on the day you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL PRICES

All prices are stated in the country's own currency and include VAT. Prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices stated in the e-store on the day you place your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided when ordering.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is made via Klarna. In order for a company to be able to pay by invoice, a valid corporate registration number must be provided when ordering. We reserve the right not to invoice companies that we consider not creditworthy.

DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN SWEDEN

When ordering, delivery normally takes place within 3-5 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated for the product.

For all orders under 500 SEK, a shipping cost will be added, which is calculated based on the weight.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can easily track your order via the link sent with the order confirmation. All shipments are sent with Postnord.

HOME DELIVERY
If the customer is not at home at the stated time for delivery, and is also not contactable by telephone or other possible agreement, the delivery will be sent to the nearest representative.

DELIVERY TERMS EU

When ordering, delivery normally takes place within 5-7 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated for the product.

DELIVERY TERMS INTERNATIONAL

For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and/or VAT may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations before making your purchase to avoid unexpected costs.

Please note that if you choose not to pay these fees or do not pick up your package, we will not be responsible for refunding either the product or the shipping cost.

UNRECOLLECTED PACKAGES

In the event that a package is not collected from the selected agent on time, you as a customer will be charged a fee of SEK 199 to cover handling and administrative costs. A package usually remains with the agent for 7 calendar days from the time the package is received until it is returned.

STOCK

All items in our webshop are in stock. However, we reserve the right to cancel any final sales that have not been updated on the website. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email. You will also receive information when the item is expected to be in stock again. You can then choose to wait for such an item before delivery or have what is available delivered immediately. If you paid by card, we will of course send other items for the corresponding amount or refund the corresponding amount, if you do not want to wait for delivery of the ordered item. We do not list out-of-stock products.

DOCUMENT FORGERY

All cases of fraud, attempted fraud, false orders, misuse of documents and forgery of documents are reported to the police immediately. In connection with an order, we register all technical information requested by the police and prosecutors.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

As a customer at Bräutigams, you should always be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a defective item or if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us atinfo@brautigams.se immediately. Please provide your contact number, order number and which items are affected. Please also explain the problem so that we can help you more easily. The defective item must be in its original packaging. After receiving the error report, we will send you a return label. Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned item.

Returns sent in without an approved reason will not be accepted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & EXCHANGE

The right of withdrawal/exchange does not apply to food with reference to the Right of Withdrawal Act (2005:59) according to Section 11, paragraphs 3-4.
