PRICES SWEDEN
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT (currently 12% on food). The prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices listed in the e-shop on the day you place the order.

All prices are stated in the country's own currency and include VAT. The prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices listed in the e-shop on the day you place the order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided when ordering.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment takes place via Klarna. In order for a company to be able to pay against an invoice, a valid organization number must be provided when ordering. We reserve the right not to invoice companies that we consider not creditworthy.
DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN SWEDEN
When ordering, delivery normally takes place within 3-5 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated with the product.
For all orders under SEK 500, a shipping cost is added, which is calculated based on the weight.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
You can easily follow your order via the link sent out with the order confirmation. All shipments are sent for registered mail with Postnord.
HOME DELIVERY
If the customer is not at home at the stated time for delivery, and is also not contactable via telephone or other possible agreement, the delivery is sent to the nearest representative.
DELIVERY TERMS EU
When ordering, delivery normally takes place within 5-7 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated with the product.

DELIVERY TERMS INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, the option DDP shipping (duties at delivery paid) is recommended to avoid customs and service costs afterwards.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
In the event that a package is not picked up at the chosen agent in time, you as a customer will be charged a fee of SEK 199 to cover handling and administrative costs. A package usually remains with the agent for 7 calendar days from the time the package is received until it is returned.
STOCK
All goods in our webshop are in stock. We reserve the right, however, against any final sales that have not been updated on the website. If you ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified of this by e-mail. You will then also receive information when the item is expected to be back in stock. You can then choose to wait for such goods before delivery or for what is available to be delivered immediately. If you paid by card, we will of course send other goods for the corresponding amount or pay back the corresponding sum, if you do not want to wait for delivery of the ordered item. We do not backlist sold-out products.
FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS
All cases of fraud, attempted fraud, false orders, misuse of documents and falsification of documents are immediately reported to the police. In connection with ordering, we register all technical information requested by police and prosecutors.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
As a customer of Bräutigams, you must always be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a defective item or if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us atinfo@brautigams.se immediately. Please state contact number, order number and which goods apply. Please also explain the problem so that we can help you more easily. The faulty item must be in original packaging. After receiving the error report, we will send a return label. Refunds only take place after we have received the returned item.
Returns submitted without an approved reason will not be accepted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
Right of withdrawal/exchange does not apply to foodstuffs with reference to the Act on the right of withdrawal (2005:59) according to section 11 in paragraph 3-4.
